Delete local game data

1. Close the game and open Android Settings.
2. Select Apps → Evil Corp → Storage or Storage & cache.
3. Select Clear storage or Clear data and confirm the deletion.

Menu names vary between devices. Clearing only the cache is not enough. Uninstalling also removes the local app data.

This removes your locally saved game progress. Settings, your age choice, local backup files, bonus counters and cached purchase receipts are also removed. We have no cloud save from which to recover them.

Evil Corp excludes its app data from Android cloud backup and system device transfer. The local backup file is used only to recover a damaged save on this device and is also deleted. The saved on/off choice for bonus videos is removed as well.

What happens to purchases?

Deleting app data does not delete your Google account or Google Play’s order and payment records. It does not request a refund. You can reactivate permanent purchases using “Restore purchases” with the same Google Play account.

Already delivered consumable gold tickets are not delivered again. Clearing app data or uninstalling can permanently remove them along with your progress.

Request deletion of other data

If we hold data about you, such as a support enquiry about Evil Corp, email anfrage@digital-e.org. Name the game and describe the data or interaction. Where possible, use the email address you used for the original enquiry.

We normally respond within one month. If legal retention duties or specific legal claims require us to keep data, we explain which records are affected and why. The privacy notice sets out the retention rules.

Prepare a deletion request by email

The link opens your email app. The request is sent only when you send it there. We do not need a password or routinely require a copy of your ID.
